Please note this is only if you do not have an Enterprise Admin. If you do have an Enterprise Admin (someone who works internally in your company and is authorised to set up new logins), please contact them as they will issue new logins and access.
When you contact us, to avoid any delays and make sure we can authorise your request, please include your Customer ID within the subject line of the email. Please note only authorised users can set up new logins.
