Marc Duale
Marc Duale
President, Iron Mountain Europe

Marc Duale was appointed president of Iron Mountain Europe in May 2006. A French native, Duale joins Iron Mountain with more than 25 years of international leadership experience. Most recently, Duale was the managing director of Reuter's Asia Pacific operations. Prior to Reuters, Marc served as COO of DHL Worldwide Express' Asia-Pacific and Middle East business, with responsibilities spanning more than 50 countries. He was previously director of DHL's business in Western Europe and North Africa. Duale also brings operational experience in high volume, service-based businesses. At American Express, Duale served in many capacities - in both New York and Paris - including vice president of strategic planning, vice president of marketing and sales, and general manager for corporate cards and travel services. He also spent several years as a business management consultant and project manager for The Boston Consulting Group.

Duale's academic achievements include an engineering degree from MIT and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Tom Campbell

Senior Vice President IM UK

Tom has been with Iron Mountain for 9 years, spending the last six in Iron Mountain Europe in various generalist roles. In January 06 Tom took on the responsibility to drive Iron Mountain Europe’s Sales, Marketing and Consulting efforts from his previous role as Managing Director for Continental Europe which he held for several years. Tom served in various capacities for Iron Mountain in North America including Vice President for Health Information Services in the Southern U.S.

Tom brings experience in high quality and high volume printing operations from the financial printing industry in North America where he served in numerous capacities for Clarke American. Tom brings valuable experience from that highly competitive industry in the areas of: continuous quality improvement and process control, technology conversions and implementation, and rigorous cost control in an environment of continuous price erosion.

Grant Young

Group IT Director, Iron Mountain Europe

Grant has been with the company since 1997 and has overall responsibility for all aspects of IT systems use throughout Europe whilst being a key member of the global IT leadership team. Prior to joining Iron Mountain, Grant held IT leadership positions with two UK-based plc companies operating in Private Healthcare and Food Retailing. Grant's IT career commenced in 1980 and he has in excess 25 years IT sector experience. Since Iron Mountain entered the UK Records & Information sector in 1999, Grant has performed an active role in the overall development and growth of Iron Mountain within Europe.

Phillip Price
Phillip Price
Finance Director, Iron Mountain Europe

Philip is a commercially attuned Finance Director with over 30 years of International experience in electronics, biotechnology, pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Phillip was appointed Finance Director of Iron Mountain Europe in 2006, prior to that he was Senior Vice President for the world's leading pharmaceutical services company. Phillip has launched a Transformation Program to take the IME Finance Team's performance to world-class levels to better support the Iron Mountain business in Europe as it grows organically and through acquisition.

Edward D. Prittie
Senior Vice President Continental Europe

Ted has over 13 years of records management experience, starting with the founding of Docu Guard a central European JV with Iron Mountain that was acquired by the company in 2004. After the acquisition, Ted joined the executive leadership of Iron Mountain Europe in the position of SVP in charge of acquisitions, new market development and joint-ventures. Prior to his career in records management, Ted was involved in several successful entrepreneurial activities in Central Europe.

Having owned and managed a start up business and a JV with Iron Mountain, Ted is considerably well placed to assist Iron Mountain Europe with its market development through out Europe.

Mike Dunleavy
Director, UK Public Sector & IME DMS

Mike joined Iron Mountain in August 2002 through the acquisition of TDG Data Services where he was Managing Director. After a year integrating the TDG business into IM, Mike moved onto the Hays IMS integration before taking over the UK Public Sector team. Mike continues to run this team while also building our new DMS (Document Management Solutions) business across IME. Prior to TDG, Mike worked for Hays IMS for 4 years as a General Manager and has been in the RM business for 10 years.

Anne Best
VP Human Resources, Iron Mountain Europe

Anne joined Iron Mountain Europe as VP Human Resources in December 2006. Her recent career was with Exel plc, where during her 10+ years with the group she held a number of senior HR roles including HR Director-Consumer Europe, HR Director-Technology & Global Freight Management EMEA and HR Director-Global Functions. In this last role she worked on the integration of Exel to become part of DHL following the acquisition of Exel by Deutsche Post World Net.

Anne's first career was in shoe retailing where she worked for C&J Clark and moved across into HR. She then held HR roles with Diageo and Scottish & Newcastle before joining Exel in 1995.

She has a BA in History from Kings College London and an MA in Managing Human Resources from Kingston University. She is a Fellow of the CIPD and Member of the IOD.

Anne has lived in Zambia, Sweden and India and lists travelling and learning about different cultures as her main interest, along with keeping fit and food, both cooking and eating.
