Iron Mountain will arrange for regular collection from your premises to coincide with your in-house backup schedule. Your tapes are transported in secure vehicles to an Iron Mountain facility, and immediately vaulted. At key points during transport and handling, tapes are scanned in order to track and document the chain of custody. Once inside an Iron Mountain vault tapes are monitored 24/7 via CCTV. Highly-trained security cleared handlers and zone access control ensure that your media is safe at all times.
