Once electronic records are requested and located, they have to be securely retained through the duration of the proceeding, and sometimes even longer. Iron Mountain makes it easy to segregate and preserve these records within our digital archives.

Organizing archived records for easy access and duplication

Stored as a subset of the archive, the collected electronic records can be organized in a variety of ways, depending on the conditions of the discovery request. With Iron Mountain's Discovery Folders Service, you can use specific search criteria to organize email, instant messages, scanned images, and other erecords into subject matter folders. Electronic records collected in folders can then be copied or moved from folder to folder, exported to CDs, or sent via FTP to a secure location of your choice. We can also organize and export the erecords for you.
