It is a 2 1/2 day series of intensive interactions between Customers, Partners and Iron Mountain Digital employees. The workshop is structured as a series of modules treating advanced topics in depth, presented and attended by various specialists from Professional Services, Training, Customer Support, Engineering and Operations.

Participating will put you in an environment where you can glean best practices, boost your Connected product knowledge and focus on your challenges and opportunities.

Prerequisites:

• Connected Licensed Software Training, or Administrator and Data Centre Management
• Training, or equivalent knowledge
• Minimum 1 year managing a Connected Data Centre
• Large number of Agents deployed
