Iron Mountain acquires Convoi Archiefbeheer
~ Iron Mountain strengthens Benelux market leadership with acquisition of
Convoi business unit ~
Alphen a/d Rijn, 11th September 2007 – Iron Mountain Nederland, a subsidiary of Iron Mountain Incorporated, the global leader in information protection and storage services, has acquired Convoi Archiefbeheer, the records management division of Convoi. With this acquisition Iron Mountain strengthens its position as a market leader in the Dutch records management market. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

In addition to 900 customers, Iron Mountain also takes over three Record Centers (two in the Netherlands and one in Belgium).The Dutch branches are located in Utrecht and Eindhoven and offer approximately 261.000 cubic meters of storage space.
