Irish businesses set to reap the rewards of world’s leading online automated backup technology
~ C Infinity and Iron Mountain Digital launch online backup in Ireland ~
November 7, 2007 – Businesses in Ireland now have access to the world’s leading online computer backup technology thanks to a deal between Iron Mountain Digital and Dublin-based C Infinity.
C Infinity will sell services based on Iron Mountain Digital’s market-leading solutions, Connected Backup/PC (online backup for personal computers) and Livevault (online server backup), to the Irish business community - from sole traders with single computers to large-scale enterprises.
Iron Mountain Digital, the technology arm of Iron Mountain Incorporated (NYSE:IRM), is a leading provider of data backup/recovery solutions and archiving software as a service. C Infinity has already been running a series of successful trials with a number of Irish businesses. To date, those on trial have committed to implement the solution after experiencing the many benefits of the offsite backup solution.
