Iron Mountain Digital appoints dedicated channel manager
~ senior storage expert to drive recently launched partner programme in UK ~

February 18, 2008 – Iron Mountain Digital, the technology arm of Iron Mountain, has appointed Alexis Phippen as channel manager for the UK.

In the newly created role, Phippen will be wholly responsible for channel development and the ongoing management of Iron Mountain Digital's recently announced global partner programme in the United Kingdom. She brings to the role over ten years' experience in the storage sector having held a number of senior channel sales and marketing positions.

Before joining Iron Mountain, Phippen was UK channel manager at eVault where she was responsible for executing the overall UK partner plan. Prior to this Phippen held senior posts with Computer Associates, including reseller account director, distribution account manager and channel marketing manager.

Iron Mountain Digital's structured partner programme enables partners serving the SMB and enterprise markets to offer market leading technology and service solutions to its customer base in a way that fits their business model. The programme will provide dedicated channel management, and a range of resources including market development, technical training and professional services to ensure partners build profitable business.
